Account Manager, Retail Real Estate

The role of Account Manager, Retail Real Estate will be key to Zoom’s successful execution of its aggressive growth plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate and interface with major retail developers and chains at local levels to secure ideal locations.
  • Serve as informational repository regarding sales and project status with individual customers, products and locations.
  • Create accurate and precise site survey documents for potential retail real estate locations.
  • Demonstrate effective conflict resolution and customer service skills for interaction with customers, tenants, and co-workers.
  • Coordination between teams as it relates to project execution. Interface between sales, operations and contracts administration.
  • Ensure presentation standards are achieved and maintained.
  • Communicate product sell-through and market trend information to developers and management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3+ yrs specialty retail, retail solutions or services, kiosk or ATM machine placement sales experience. Retail/Airport/Hotel/Malls all a plus.
  • Travel requirement: 90%
  • BA / BS degree
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, excel, pow
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication s
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Great people and persuasion skills and profes
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to function as a strong individual contributor.
  • Have an understanding of top brands in the market in regards to retail.
  • Ability to listen, ask relevant questions to define and troubleshoot issues and gather effective comprehensive requirements
  • Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment and adapt easily to changing priorities
  • Self starter and self directed, able to work in an unstructured environment
  • Results oriented with a strong sense of urgency and customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time, by planning, prioritizing, and maintaining a focus on results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; team player
  • Project hands-on skills
  • Outgoing and friendly personality with commanding influence in order to gain consensus on ideas or project requirements from accounts.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at one time, with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, delegation, follow-up and analytical skills
  • Proven commitment to success and teamwork
