ZoomSystems board members all have significant operating experience in building and managing highly successful consumer and technology based companies:

Bruce Quinnell, Chairman, was President, Vice Chairman and COO of Borders Group (NYSE:BGP). Bruce is also Chairman of Hot Topic (Nasdaq: HOTT) a successful retail company.

Dave Schwab, is Managing Director at Sierra Ventures and has held senior positions with Lockheed Corporation, 1979-1984 (Engineering) and Sun Microsystems, 1986-1991 (Sales Management) prior to co-founding Scopus Technology, Inc., where he held the position of Vice President, Sales.

Jeff Loomans, is General Partner at Sierra Ventures. Jeff was Engineering Manager at Decision Systems 1989-1991, then co-founded Integrated Business Software in 1991 where he was President. Jeff was co-founder and CTO for OnLink Technologies which was sold to Siebel Systems in 2000.

 

Mike Gill, co-founded and capitalized a highly successful software company (Software Developments). His network management software product for IBM midrange and mainframe systems was acquired by Sterling Software and has enjoyed a 20-year lifecycle generating revenues of approximately $3 billion in a global market.

Ram Venkateswaran, is a Vice President at Goldman Sachs. He currently is a senior research analyst with the Principal Strategies Group and primarily focuses on the US retail and consumer segments.

Peg Jackson, is Managing Director at NeoCarta Ventures. Peg joined NeoCarta from NBC, where she was a Vice President of Business Development and was responsible for investing in strategically related Internet companies and managing NBC's interactive TV group.
