Jen is responsible for strategic planning and management of real estate locations and retail channels. A high-growth retail executive with more than 20 years in retail operations, Jen has senior management experience at Sears, Bed Bath & Beyond, Brown Shoe Group, and Saks Inc. Prior to joining ZoomSystems, Jen was responsible for retail operations at McMillan|Doolittle LLP, a retail consulting firm in Chicago. She is an active member of the National Retail Federation and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Jen graduated in 1990 from Colby College with a BA in American Studies.
