ZoomSystems recognized by ARN readers

SAN FRANCISCO - Airport Revenue News (ARN) announced ZoomSystems the Best New Specialty Retail Concept at the annual Airport Revenue Conference & Exhibition in Orlando, FL. The award recognizes excellence in airport concessions.

ZoomSystems creates automated stores that sell products from Proactiv Solution and other skincare products, to Apple iPods and other consumer electronics. In airports, the stores enable travelers to shop 24/7 when other stores are typically closed. The stores, which are often placed in previously-under-utilized areas, now generate revenue for airports.

"Receiving an ARN award is difficult because every year the competition between airport programs and companies doing business in airports becomes ever more intense," says Pauline Armbrust, President & CEO for Armbrust Aviation Group which publishes Airport Revenue News. "The airports and companies recognized as the best in this competition are doing outstanding work and raising the standards of excellence in this dynamic industry."

ARN is a monthly trade magazine that covers revenue-generating issues affecting the airport industry. The award nominees were selected by readers.

"We're delighted to be recognized by the readers of ARN," says Gower Smith, founder and CEO of ZoomSystems. "Airports have always been a very successful channel for us, and we are committed to improve the 24-hour shopping experience in every way we can."
