ZoomSystems will refund the purchase price of defective or unopened merchandise if you return the item within 30 days of purchase.

Note: If ZoomSystems determines that reportedly defective merchandise is not defective, we will ship it back to you by UPS ground at no cost to you. ZoomSystems is not responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged during shipping.

RETURN POLICY: Best Buy Express™ will refund the purchase price and accept the return of defective or unopened merchandise if the item is returned within 30 days of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS: Contact the Best Buy Express™ customer care center at (877) 415-3487 and provide us with information about you and your purchase. Items purchased through Best Buy Express MAY NOT be returned to Best Buy stores or through Best Buy.com.
If your return request meets the criteria set forth in this policy, we will provide you with a prepaid return label so that the merchandise can be returned via mail. If Best Buy Express™ determines that reportedly defective merchandise is not defective, we will ship the product back to you at no cost to you, and you will not be entitled to a refund in your purchase price. Best Buy Express™ is not responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged during shipping.

REQUIREMENTS: Original receipt required for all returns. Returned merchandise must be in original condition and include all accessories. Best Buy Express™ reserves the right to deny any return. Refunds will be in the same form as the original purchase, to the extent permitted by the relevant financial institution.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Non-returnable items include consumable items such as gift cards, non-defective items that have been opened, or items that are damaged or abused.
